Haven't seen this girl for like, agesss, prolly since we left sec school. But I've always seen this one good thing about sec school, people do keep in contact with one another cos we've been really close for 4 to 5 years.

& it's splendid that after a really long time of not meeting each other, darl & I can still talk about anything under the bright golden sunny sun.
We caught up over a movie & fooooood (we love!). The Proposal was pretty sweet. I really really like this part..

Remember the days where we did nothing but surf net during tbcm & buying food @ fc4 after lessons. Though we're all in diff classes now, we'll still get together for lunchies & stuff once in awhile. & zooooo next week. I wanna see kangaroos, otters (?) & penguinnns. XD

Meanwhile, we were in the queue & Nehneh kept saying,"eh, must take pictures ah. eh, must take pictures ah." Do the flapping action.

I'm proud to say that I'd eaten my first Astons meal that dayyy. As suagu as it sounds, I've never never eaten Astons before, prolly due to the looooong queue & the weird cravings I have @ weird timings.
Gotta admit that the meal was really affordable & good. Savoury savoury food! :D

Alrighty, clears the cobwebs. Haven't been updating this space properly for an awfully long period of time due to the endless influx of assignments. I totally have this premonition that next sem's gonna be more horrid, & I'm so sure everyone thinks that way too.

We remember how we'd always walked from Bugis to Suntec & ultimately, to Marina Sq when we were in Sec school, how those 3 places were always our hangouts after classes.
Haven't seen PeiShan in like eonsssss. Afterall, both of us are in different schools now. Somehow, she's still the same - genuine & cheerful. :)

Lovelove the tomyum steamboat & fried squid @ Thai Express although I had this really weird sensation on my tongue the next day. & then over to Suntec to satiate our craving for donuts. x)

People said I've changed since Sec school. Wonder if that's true. Keeping my fingers crossed if it's for the worst though.

Yesterday..

Was having lunch with Pornporn, Wanwan & Snow @ fc6 until Wanwan caught sight of this brown/black baby lizard beside her feet.

Wanwan: Jes, look down on the floor..
Me: Saw this black/brown thingie, took me a good few secs to figure out what it was. Okay, here's the worse part - I screamed & 4 tables around was practically staring.

I hate insects, reptiles (a lizard's a reptile right?). Bottomline, I hate creepy crawlies. Gasp.

Today..

Sore throat. Cough. Runny nose.
I ate like 3 to 4 strepsils lozenges in an hour. After I ate 3, I read the label @ the back.
"Consume a lonzenge & let it dissolve slowly in your mouth. Dosage: Once per 2 to 3 hours" Like seriously..

Had class dinner & celebrated Peiwen's 18th @ Sakura last Tue after our paper. Headed to IMM before the dinner to get a thankyou card for the self-proclaimed 23 year-old. I swear if I had to travel to Clementi Woods Sakura myself, I would've whined & whined till I'm out of breath & die. The route looked really foreign for an easterner.

Reached there. Nearly died while climbing the little puny hill with an empty stomach. We climbed this particular spiral staircase for at least 6 times. Dinner was good. Had free-flow of foooood, had clumsy moments, had truckloads of fun. :)

Baked 3 batches of cookies for several people last Mon & I'm really really proud of myself though it was only a premix. Forgot to snap a picture of the cookies but it looked really different from the packaging. It was supposed to be light almond in colour w/obvious chocolate chips, mine was like dark brown in colour w/invisible chocolate chips. Can't wait to bake for everyone again, especially the one who makes me smile like a mental retard. x)

Feeling utterly confused & unsettled this morning/afternoon, I bought a top online mins ago. Feeling a lil'comforted at present but still, the fact that I've been wrecking havoc in school the past few days is driving me bananas & mangoes.

After a month into the new academic year, I've made pretty good new friends, & also, enemies too (fingers crossed). Apparently, some people are trying too hard. Mommylove's birthday + momsie day dinner @ Jumbo Stadium Waterfront yesterday. :D Ordered a gazillion amount of food & we could actually finish it in the end. Really really really adore the deshelled cereal prawn, cod fishy, dessert & chilli crab w/mantouzsx. I don't think I have a friend who actually hates seafood unless he/she has an allergy or something.

Good Fri todayyy, if only today was a school day then I'll be sooooo over the moon. I ♥♥♥ long weekends cuz there's usually brekkie @ home & I can get ample rest after hectic school days.

Esplanade w/Ohoh, Nehneh & Porny on Mon. Peopo around kept throwing us weird glances as if they've never seen anyone taking pics like that before. Self-timer's prolly the best function alive & I suppose many people will agree with me. :P
Before that, I totallyyyyy humiliated myself while walking down a flight of stairs lah. Missed a step & twisted my foot. Gasp. Afterwhich, I was whining to practically everybody that I "broke" my foot. I can't imagine how can someone be THIS clumsy. & the worst part was, Ohoh was there again.

Finally met up with this girl after like, a period of 2 to 3 years. Let's just say we can still click instantly, gossip/chat & laugh over retarded things. Life's good w/good people around like Porny, baos, my classmates, my family & my brightest sunshine. Horrid days will eventually turn out to be a great day at the very end. :)

Haji Lane & Ikea w/Porny on Mon! We went furniture shopping for our baby (he/she/it is 4 months old btw) & our lovenest. HAHA. Ikea's soft serve ice cream is like freaking good & good for your pocket. & I think I'm craving for the hot dog nowww. Horrible, no wonder my chin is disappearing as days go by. D: We bought cute little fake coloured sunflowers for each other. I think I'm in love with the idea of having flowers, be it real or fake, everywhere in my room.

Anyway, happy birthday sunshine! ♥

I like it when we share an ice cream cake by using only 2 spoons & eating from the box itself. Very unglam but it's YOU that makes my heart skip a few beats & somehow never return back to normal.

It suddenly dawned on me while I was penning down Netf notes (your eyes are not playing tricks on you) that should I have done better for Os/went into MI, would I be as happy as how I am now?
A teeny-weeny little part of me kinda regret my decision of not mugging hard enough for Os & not choosing some other course eg.business in RP/do As in MI instead of slogging my ass off in IT.
Then again, if I wasn't in SP doing DIT, would I have met baos & the 03 guys? &&, would I have met YOU?

Mugging too hard really drives someone nutcrackers at times. Despite all the driving-me-nutcrackers hype, I'm contented that I can wake up to a sunny yellow banana day.
On a bad note, I have yet to consume my wholesome breakfast @ Macs/Cafe Cartel/Swensens. Anyone? :)

The day started off pretty well in the morning during day-da-base lesson. Mr Shhh said hot chick & I were reliable which was like uber sweet. IMM for breakfast w/Squirtle, Pikachu, Diglet, Mew, Psyduck & Liangxian (someone, think of a pokemon for him). The guys brought Mac & BK into LJS & got chased out. Tsktsktsk.
Things started to spiral downwards since Crs. Sitting in an air-con room with absolute silence, I was writing & dozing off at the same time. Gasp. Weebee interview kinda sucked too, despite putting in so much effort for the past 2 to 3 weeks. :(

On a happier note, I can see Pok tomorrow after 02941985296029 months of not seeing her. :)
